Post Proposals for GAs ahead of time -Art

Here's a suggestion that I think might help speed up GAs. This would apply even if we move to an indoor location. If you are going to make a proposal at GA, post it here and/or on Facebook the day before. I know that we have the 24 hour rule gives us time to think things over. This would give people additional time for consideration and allow them to know when something important to them is to be brought up. Not everyone can be at every GA, this suggestion would allow people to plan for GAs that seem particularly important to them. I'd love some feedback on this either way.
